Boeing came to Jiff to create their internal wellness program. The Jiff Health Benefits App is custom skinned to match every employer’s unique branding. Within the app, Boeing employees can view and manage their health benefits, participate in company steps challenges, and win prizes for participating in various programs.

Co-Pilot
I worked with Boeing’s HR lead to create a new internal wellness brand. Because Boeing was switching from another platform, it was key to rebrand so that employees knew this was a completely new platform and would require re-enrollment. I found aesthetic inspiration in Boeing’s aerospace products and it dovetailed nicely with the concept that Jiff was your co-pilot in the journey to better health.
Step Into the Cosmos
Partnering with a copywriter, we created a custom-themed steps challenge that told a tale of space travel in search of an alternative planet to call home. The imaginative story revealed new plot twists when participants reached milestones in the steps challenge. The concept and imagery was selected to appeal to Boeing’s highly technical base of engineer employees. This steps challenge had the best engagement rate across all customers to date.
